Dumbwaiters
Small lifts installed in kitchens for
transferring cooked hot food, dirty utensils, raw materials, etc. to various
pantries at all floors in multistoried hotels, large households, marriage
halls, restaurants, etc. Dumbwaiters for kitchens are usually made of
stainless steel so that they are not affected by steam, hot food, water,
etc.
Dumbwaiters are also used in hospitals and departmental stores to carry
stores to various levels in the building. These can be of S.S. or M.S.
The capacity starts from 20 Kgs onwards as desired. Sizes are from 1½'
x 1½' to 3' x 3' or even larger as required. Only about 10" extra
space is required in the building to fit this lift. Only one wall is
required to support the smaller lifts. The entrance can be protected by
either a swing window or vertical biparte doors.

- Pit created virtually above Bottom Floor FFL.
- Any number of floors can be served. The Side elevation shows
only the Top Floor & Bottom Floor.
- All Sizes are inside finished dimensions in mm.
- All Hoistway walls are 150 mm thick Brick or RCC walls.
- Dumbwaiter entrance bottom will be 750 mm above floor level.
- Size will be 'A' mm wide x 100 + 'H' mm high inside clear.
- Machine will rest on a Mid Level Slab or Steel section ( in
client's scope ).

Clients Scope
- Entire Civil Structure for the lift shaft including plaster &
painting of lift shaft inside.
- Three Phase Electric Supply.
- Scaffolding during Lift erection.
- Grouting of our holdfasts, Push button Boxes, Door frame members,
etc.
- Machine room will be of the same size as the lift shaft with full
wall opening on at least one side for maintenance.
