3 PASS LIQUID THERMIC FLUID HEATER USING LDO / FO / LPG / CNG / LNG
THERMIC FLUID HEATING SYSTEM
For all process heating applications, AQUATROPY Liquid phase Heater can be substituted against steam or electricity instead of pressurised hot water or steam. It uses THERMIC FLUIDS for heat transfer. Double closed circuit system of tubes used for heat transfer by forced circulation to prevent chemical degradation. Temperatures upto 280°C can be obtained with an accuracy of +1 % at a low working pressure of 2.5kg/cm (approx.) THERMIC FLUIDS such as heat transfer oil (Hythem 500-600, Servo Super - Medium) are used for heat transfer instead of pressurised hot water or steam.
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
The double coil of inside internal combustion chamber is used to accommodate concentric helical tube machine wound coil, (fabricated out of HFS Seamless Boiler tube as per BS 3059) This coil is placed in a double shell of mild steel construction. This type of design helps in economising the space and simultaneously ensures optimum rate of heat capture. Due to elimination of use of refractory materials. It permits rapid start up and operational maintenance flexibility. The boiler weight also reduces due to absence of Refractory bricks.
COMBUSTION
A fuel Atomising pressure-]et burner is placed vertically downward for combustion A dynamically balanced blower fan pushes the combustion air through the annular space between the inner and outer shell, where air is pre-heated for efficient combustion and higher efficiency The air acts as an effective thermal insulator eliminating the need for conventional insulation Air is swirled through a stainless steel diff user plate and mixes with Atomised fuel to achieve total combustion in the furnace.
BURNER AND FUEL SYSTEM
Fuel Pump Supplies Fuel to the pressure JET Burner from the Tank though a filter. The Burner is fully automatic in operation & switch ON and OFF as per process heat requirements.
INSTRUMENTATION, CONTROL AND SAFETIES
AQUATROPY is a fully automatic Thermic Fluid Heater fitted with safety devices like high fluid temperature controller, pressure switch, low level switch in expansion tank, spring loaded antic hocking safety valve, high stack temperature switch, flame sensor, low fuel oil temperature switch; Main Controller uses Temperature controller & Seq - Controller for abnormal working condition interlock with audio - visual alarm. Aquatropy uses instruments from reputed manufacturers.
